Early exit in Late Model at Needmore

Saturday night saw Clay Harris return to action at Needmore Speedway (Norman Park, Ga.) as he was back behind the wheel of his Rescue Metal Framing No. 6 602 Late Model for the Morgan Sheffield Memorial. After a flat tire in the hauler prevented him from getting to the track on time, Harris qualified eigth fastest overall but folded his nose under in the feature. He was an early retiree from the 30-lapper with eight circuits remaining.
