Harris finishes 13th in Showdown on the Coast at Golden Isles

On Friday evening, Clay Harris was one of 48 Crate Racin’ USA series entries amassed at Golden Isles Speedway (Brunswick, Ga.) for the two-day Showdown on the Coast.

Following the sixth-fastest qualifying effort, Harris secured his spot into Saturday’s $10,000-to-win A-Main with a sixth-to-third run in his heat. Starting in 11th, Clay dropped two spots in the 50-lap affair to register a 13th-place finish.
