Harris eighth in Gene Maine Memorial at Needmore
Sticking close to home this weekend, Clay Harris traveled to Needmore Speedway (Norman Park, Ga.) on Saturday afternoon to run with the Crate Racin' USA Series.
With 43 Late Models on site, Harris was fourth-fastest in his qualifying group and gained two positions in his heat race. For the $10,000-to-win main event, Clay ran inside the Top-10 and recorded an eighth-place finish.
