Clay Harris storms to runner-up finish in Harvey Jones Memorial at All-Tech

For Memorial Day weekend, Clay Harris entered his No. 6H into Crate Racin’ USA competition at All-Tech Raceway (Lake City, Fla.) on Saturday afternoon for the Harvey Jones Memorial.

Following the fifth-quickest lap in his qualifying group, Harris earned the 14th-place starting position after a fourth-place run in his heat race. For the $10,000-to-win main event, Clay charged forward from 14th-to-2nd in 50 laps and fell just short of catching race-long leader Dillon Brown. Mark Whitener, Hunter Peacock, and Trey Mills completed the Top-5.
