North/South 100 brings Clay Harris to Florence Speedway
Returning to Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series competition after a two-week break, Clay Harris checked in at Florence Speedway (Walton, Ky.) on Thursday afternoon for the North/South 100 weekend.
After not making a preliminary feature on Thursday, Harris recorded a 22nd-place finish in Friday's second $6,000-to-win prelim.
Taking a provisional for Saturday's $75,000-to-win main event, Clay started 25th in the 100-lap feature and wound up 17th.
Harris is currently 13th in the LOLMDS point standings.
