Harris follows Lucas Oil to Batesvillle Motor Speedway for Topless 100
Taking the top off for the weekend, Clay Harris rolled into Batesville Motor Speedway (Locust Grove, Ark.) on Friday afternoon for the first night of the Topless 100 with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series.
Among a strong 54-car field, Harris finished one spot out of a transfer in his heat before falling back in his B-Main.
Hoping for better luck on Saturday, Clay took a provisional for the $50,000-to-win finale and finished 26th.
Harris is currently second in the Rookie of the Year point standings.
