Clay Harris continues Speedweeks grind with Lucas Dirt at Ocala Speedway

Prepped for five days straight at the facility, Clay Harris joined the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series at Ocala (Fla.) Speedway on Tuesday afternoon for the first night of the Wieland Winter Nationals.

Harris raced his way into the $7,000-to-win opener and finished 23rd but was unable to make Wednesday's non-points feature.

With points in the picture on Thursday, Harris just missed out on the main event with a sixth-place outing in his B-Main. Clay won his B-Main on Friday evening which placed him in the feature event where he would finish 18th.

With $25,000 on the line in Saturday's finale, Clay recorded his best run of the weekend as he charged to a 14th-place finish in the 50-lap feature.
