Harris 14th in Lucas Oil's first visit to Circle City Raceway
Following the tour to kick off a multi-week swing through the Midwest, Clay Harris joined 27 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series entries at Circle City Raceway (Indianapolis, Ind.) on Friday afternoon for the first of two race nights.
Finishing seventh in his heat race, Harris went on to win his B-Main and earn a spot in the $15,000-to-win feature. Clay made up five spots to record a 14th-place finish.
Saturday's $25,000-to-win show at Florence Speedway (Walton, Ky.) was rained out.
Harris currently sits 16th in the LOLMDS point standings.
