Clay Harris kicks off long stretch with Lucas Dirt at Florence Speedway

Kicking off a busy month with the tour, Clay Harris was one of 51 Super Late Models checked in with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series at Florence Speedway (Walton, Ky.) for the 43rd-annual Sunoco North/South 100.

Harris finished 22nd and 15th in his preliminary features on Thursday and Friday before earning a spot in the $75,000-to-win finale by winning a B-Main. Clay wound up 16th in the 100-lap finale on Saturday.
