Harris earns pair of sixth-place finishes in Prelude to the Reutimann at Volusia
Clay Harris was in home state of Florida on Saturday afternoon as he competed in the Prelude to the Reutimann in the DIRTcar UMP Modified and 604 Late Model divisions at Volusia Speedway Park (De Leon Springs, Fla.).
Among 29 Mods, Harris finished third in his heat and started ninth in the $1,500-to-win feature event and placed just outside the Top-5 in sixth. Clay started on the front-row of the Late Model main event and fell back to sixth.
