Clay Harris seventh in Sunshine Nationals at Volusia Speedway Park
Clay Harris joined over 100 Crate Racin' USA entries at Volusia Speedway Park (De Leon Springs, Fla.) over the weekend for the Sunshine Nationals after losing an engine in his Super Late Model.
Harris finished runner-up in the opening round on Thursday before recording a DNF in Friday's preliminary race. On Saturday, Clay transferred from a B-Main and stormed from 25th-to-7th in the $10,000-to-win finale.
